Chief of Staff

At Clinikally, we're shaking up dermatology, haircare and wellness in India, and we're looking for a Chief of Staff to offer direct support to our CEO and broader team, and driving strategic initiatives to ensure our vision is brought to life across every corner of the business.

This isn't a typical "job title" kind of role. It's a unique chance to get incredible exposure, drive big-picture initiatives, and directly influence the path of a rapidly growing company.

We're building an engineering-first, AI-native consumer health company, and you'll be right there with us as we build groundbreaking tools like our AI-powered skin/hair analyzer and DermaGPT, our own specialized derma/health assistant.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the ultimate generalist, weaving through strategy, operations, product, and growth, ensuring we're all aligned and moving fast towards our ambitious goals. Every day will bring something new and challenging, but that's what makes it exciting.

• Leading Key Projects: You'll take the reins on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives – anything from mapping out a new market strategy to launching a new product. Your job is to make sure these big ideas get done, on time and with real impact.
• Smoothing Out Operations: We're growing fast, so you'll help us fine-tune our internal processes, spot any roadblocks, and put solutions in place to keep us running smoothly.
• Crafting Our Story: You'll help prepare important communications, presentations, and reports for our team, investors, and partners, making sure our message is clear and compelling.
• Being the Founder's Right Hand: You'll be a trusted thought partner, diving into research, and executing directly with the Founder & CEO.
• Connecting the Dots: You'll help foster great communication and collaboration between our leadership team and all our different departments – tech, product, marketing, operations, you name it!
• Solving What's Next: Unexpected challenges pop up all the time in a startup. You'll be ready to jump in, figure things out, and give us data-driven recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

• A few years of experience (2+) in a fast-paced environment – maybe consulting, investment banking, VC, or another high-growth startup.
• Seriously organized: You can juggle multiple complex projects without dropping the ball.
• Sharp analytical mind: You love digging into data to solve problems and make smart decisions.
• Excellent communicator: You can get your point across clearly and concisely, whether you're writing an email or presenting to a group.
• Self-starter with grit: You don't wait to be told what to do; you take initiative and own your work.
• Comfortable with chaos: Startup life means things change fast. You're cool with ambiguity and can pivot quickly.
• Great with people: You know how to build strong relationships with folks across the whole company.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in the healthcare or direct-to-consumer (D2C) health space.
• A good grasp of how startups grow and the challenges they face.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
